Bacon-y Brussels Sprouts

Fry the bacon in a skillet. Once browned, remove to drain and crumble.
Turn skillet with reserved drippings to medium-high heat. Put the sprouts, cut-side down, in the skillet. Brown then turn and brown the other side.
Once the second side is browned, turn the heat down to low heat, add the vinegar, honey mustard, thyme, pepper, salt and bacon. Stir and serve.
