1 jalapeno, stemmed, seeded and finely diced
1/2 cup coarsely chopped cilantro
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
juice of half an orange
lime zest
orange zest
1 tbsp honey
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp ground cumin
Salt and freshly ground white pepper

Combine first 14 ingredients in a large bowl. Season the salsa to taste with salt and white pepper. May be prepared and refrigerated, covered, up to 1 day ahead.
