Karen's Quick Banana Pudding
August 31, 2021 at 8:35pm | Kim Sitton
I went to church with Karen at Trinity Lutheran Church. This was a recipe that was brought to one of our many potluck dinners. It is not homemade, but I must say it is a wonderful recipe for a quick fix.
Line the bottom of a 9x13 glass baking dish with ‘Nilla wafers. Top with a layer of bananas.
Using a hand held mixer, cream together the condensed milk and cream cheese. Gently fold in the whipped topping.
In a separate bowl, mix the pudding and milk with a hand mixer. When finished, stir cream cheese mixture into the pudding mixture. Layer on top of the bananas and cookies. Top with whipped cream.
