Hollow out one loaf of the French bread, cutting bread that was removed into cubes. Cut second loaf into 1 inch cubes. Place the bread bowl and cubes on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees until toasted. Flip cubes every 3-4 minutes to brown evenly.

Meanwhile, beat the cream cheese until smooth and add sour cream. Mix until creamy. Fold in other ingredients then spoon mixture into the bread bowl and wrap with foil. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve with bread cubes for dipping.
