
Fill cocktail shaker with ice, add the limeade and rum. Shake vigorously to chill, then strain into 2 cocktail glasses filled with ice.
Top with sparkling water. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, mint sprig and maraschino cherry.
*Can substitute Limeade for your favorite store bought brand, but homemade is better.
Limeade
1 ΒΌ cups fresh lime juice (10-12 limes
1 cup granulated sugar
7 cups water divided
Ice
1. Juice the limes.
2. Add the sugar and 1 cup warm water to a large pitcher and stir until sugar is dissolved.
3. Add 6 cups cold water and lime juice. Add ice and serve or use for the tropical lime cocktail.
