Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Pat dry thawed cauliflower and add to bowl with parmesan, garlic powder, salt, nutmeg and beaten egg. Stir to combine completely. Spray 9 inch pie plate with non-stick spray.
Add the cauliflower mixture into the pie plate. Using your hands, pat crust into the bottom and up sides of the pie plate.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until crust is beginning to brown. Remove from the oven and add your quiche filling of choice.
